***Budget Billing Program***

 

We would like to thank you for selecting Able Landscapers, LLC as your landscape company for the 2008 season.

 

          For your convenience, we are offering our customers the option of an “eight-month budget billing plan”.  In the beginning of each season you will receive a contract listing all the landscape maintenance services you would like performed and there estimated cost.  This amount represents your landscape maintenance expenses excluding any “Special Projects” divided into eight equal payments.

 

          The benefit of the “Budget Billing Program” is that your bill will be a consistent amount every month until the end of the season, similar to a mortgage or oil company.  You will continue to receive an invoice showing all our services provided, along with the date when which the work was completed during each billing period.  Any “Special Project” completed outside the “Budget Billing Program” will be invoiced separately and due upon receipt.  In December, a final invoice will be sent outlining any charges over and above the contracted cost.  Payment for these additional costs is expected within 7 days of this final invoice.  In the event you chose not to continue using Able Landscapers, LLC for your landscaping needs, a final invoice will be sent outlining the balance due for services completed prior to fulfilling the eight month plan.  If your final costs are less than the original estimated total, you will receive a credit. You have the option to apply the credit to services for the following year, or receive a refund check.  In the event you chose not to continue using Able Landscapers, LLC for your landscaping needs, a check will be sent for the remaining amount.

 

          Your April and May payment must be included with the 2008 signed “Budget Billing Program” contract.  If we do not receive this payment and a signed contract, we will be unable to provide you with this billing option.
